great boots as always, wont use anyone else!

Purchased from apparently genuine Muckboots Australian site - have since discovered this was a very convincing fake. No tracking details and they overcharged me by $15. Then package didn't arrive after a month but they urged me to be patient. Then a month later they still hadn't arrived and they said that the courier had lost the package. Got in contact with genuine muckboot company via Facebook messenger who replied same day and provided advice that helped me report the fraud and obtain a refund.

If I were able to install a zero star I would. Under no circumstances buy these " boots". I bought a pair winter 2021 and by the spring they had split along both seams in foot. Dreadful. On making a complaint I was advised that 4 months wear and tear was bonafide and customer services advised they would take no further action. Utter tat

I like the product but tried several times to get a pre-sales answer from the online support and never received a reply despite multiple attempts. Not only irritating and a disappointing customer experience but it will cost me about £15 since I will end up paying twice for returns rather than just once.

Can tell boots are quality

Excellent customer service. Product had been superb but there was a problem with one boot, which I imagine was a one-off. I was refunded the cost - quickly, efficiently and no quibbles. I did not hesitate to order a new pair - great product and equally impressive customer service.

So when I put them on in the house to try

My boots failed at the back of the heel after only 9 months. I was told I had not cared for them enough even though they were washed daily. I was also told the boots did not fit correctly adding to the problem. None of the care information was given at time of purchase and this is the first time in over 40 years I have had a boot fail in this manner. None of the people I have spoken to clean their boots by scrubbing them with soap and water and certainly none had heard of silicon spray for boots

This is my second pair of Muck Boots- love them to bits they are perfect for the job and so very comfortable

My husband will only wear muck boots he says there the most comfortable Boots he owns and he as them on everyday. And I always know what to buy him for Christmas fantastic boots

Really love Muck Boots, very comfortable to wear and lots of choice. Finally got my husband to try them and he loves them
